Ventia engaged Kazbar to manage the event, the focus being on theming, collateral design and production, venue and associated logistics, audio-visual, presentation materials (incl. AO boards, posters and PPTs), information packs and registration/name tags. Kazbar was brought on board very late in the piece – some 3 to 4 weeks out from the function date.

The efforts of Kazbar were extraordinary. I’ve never seen an effort as professional as that provided by Kazbar, led by its Director, Bernadette Barrett. The robustness of their daily planning, attention to detail and quality control, their design expertise in creating unbelievable graphics, knowhow in events planning and their commitment to service through very long hours of working to a demanding timetable are qualities that make Kazbar a standout from the rest.
